The objective of the 3rd Brazilian Business Review Conference is to bring to Espirito Santo new opportunities for gaining knowledge and disseminating it, providing opportunities for information sharing between researchers, internationally renowned institutions, and participants of the conference.

The conference will feature events such as the presentation of the best submitted works to BBR, where the 6 best works submitted will be selected to form part of a special edition of BBR which will be focused on the conference. This occurred previously during the 2014 and 2011 editions of the Brazilian Business Review Conference.

Top level researchers from universities in various countries will participate in the event: Guests include professors Glen Kreiner (The University of Utah – United States), Evgenia Lysova (Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam – Netherlands), Sofia Lourenço (University of Lisbon- Portugal), Samuel Tiras (Indiana University – United States), Anne Ehinger (Florida State University – United States) and Walter Wymer (Universidade de Lethbridge – CA).

Brazilian Business Review (BBR) is the academic business journal with the best CAPES rating (A2) in Espírito Santo and is accessed through www.bbronline.com.br. Its goal is to stimulate interdisciplinary debate and a critical view of business knowledge, with articles that contribute to both the academy and to management practice. The scope of BBR is international, with readers and contributors from several countries, as is the first and only academic journal in the business area in Brazil which is published entirely in Portuguese and English.

Doutor em Administração pela Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, com período sanduíche no departamento de Psicologia Social da Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Espanha. Suas áreas de pesquisa incluem identidades no contexto do trabalho, chamados ocupacionais, diversidade e choques de carreira.

Ph.D. in Business Administration from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, with a sandwich period at the Department of Social Psychology at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Spain. His research areas include identities in the context of work, occupational callings, diversity and career shocks.
